Care is for 3month baby girl and 2y boy. The 2y has preschool a few mornings a week. The family has a 3y boy in ft daycare and parents will seek alternative care on days off school so that the nanny will only be responsible for younger children. 

Dad works in the city and mom WFH. The family lives in a multi-level home with stairs.45 hours can be guaranteed flexible M–F 8-6. 
* Focus on infant and toddler development, active play, reading, outdoor time, healthy meals, and supporting children’s physical, emotional, and social growth. 
* Seeking someone proactive who will handle children’s laundry, organization/tidying, and meal prep for the kids.
$30-32/hour NET(after tax) plus benefits/PTO
