Part-time turkish speaking daily staff / babysitter needed

We are looking for a part-time helper (3 days a week), preferably Turkish-speaking:
We need someone who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and can arrange their own transportation to Jersey City.
As a new mom, I need support with general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the house, laundry, ironing, and dishes. It’s also important that the person can occasionally look after the baby for short periods so I can get some rest.
We would like to work with someone who is cheerful, organized, and reliable.
