Two sisters seeking a reliable, communicative full-time nanny for a nanny share between our families. Family 1 has two children (ages 5 and 2. 5) and a yellow lab and Family 2 has one infant (8 months). The children are cousins, and the families live just 3 minutes apart. The schedule includes one day per week caring for all three children, with the other four days split between each family individually on a rotating schedule. This is a full-time role with 40 guaranteed hours per week, paid holidays, and PTO. Responsibilities include childcare plus light household tasks and errands related to the children. Both households will have at least one parent working from home daily.
