Care would be for our newborn (3 mo old) and 3 year old, and meeting our oldest at the bus stop at the start and end of each day. We will be back to work in 3-6 weeks and until then the baby care would be supporting mom as we are breast feeding. Although difficult with a young child and a 3-year old, it is important to maintain stimulation and emotional support for the 3-year old by being present and having a conversation even if not possible to directly play due to baby's needs. No car needed; there are parks and activities to walk to. Reliability is key (showing up every day). We hope to place with an au pair but that is expected Oct-Dec, not soon.
