About the Family: This active, outdoorsy family is looking for a nanny who will jump right into their rhythm of play, movement, and learning. Their child participates in NJ Early Intervention physical therapy, and they’d love a nanny who can join those sessions, reinforce strategies, and weave developmental activities into everyday fun. They value hands-on engagement, limited screen time, and a home filled with music, exploration, and fresh air.

With a big backyard, a spacious deck, and walkable sidewalks perfect for stroller adventures. Mom works from home and Dad has a hybrid schedule, creating a collaborative, communicative household. They're excited to welcome a nanny who will be an active partner in their child’s growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Help maintain established feeding and sleeping schedule
- Light pet care (let dog out in the yard)

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$35/hr gross (Agency Employed)
- PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hours worked
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays if on working day

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time infant nanny experience
- Infant CPR and First Aid Certified
- Experience with NICU babies - BONUS!
- Newborn Care Specialist - BONUS!
- Vaccinations Required: Flu, Cvid + boosters, MMR, Tdap
