After school help: driving kids to activities, help with light housework and laundry.

We need a nanny / household help to watch two teenage kids after school, drive them to activities, help with light housework and laundry. Light cooking as well.
Hours are Mon-Fri 2pm-7pm, with some flexibility depending on days.
Must have own car and be comfortable with dogs (we have a dog, very friendly).
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
