40-45 hours a week can be guaranteed ideally someone flexible Monday–Friday between hours of 8:30am-5:30pm.
* Focus on infant development, active play, reading, outdoor time, healthy meals, and supporting baby physical, emotional, and social growth. 
* When the baby is sleeping, seeking someone proactive who will handle children’s laundry, organization/tidying, and healthy baby meals
$25-30/hour plus paid vacation, holidays, and sick time
