We are seeking a summer nanny for our 8-year-old, who is disabled. He is a sweet, relaxed child who loves adventures and playing games. We are looking for an experienced caregiver who is comfortable with special needs, including diaper changing and personal care. Safety is our priority; the role involves taking him on at least one community excursion per week, which requires someone capable of close, constant monitoring in public spaces. To ensure a seamless transition, we would like the nanny to shadow our current caregiver for two weeks before her summer break.
