Starting a new job and my son is 20 months old. My husbands job is work from home in our home office and my job is hybrid so Im in and out of the home. Usually start working around 8-9 a.m. depending on what meetings I have virtually or in person. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Husky and lab both friendly. The husky stays outside usually and lab hangs out with my son all day. My son does 1 nap from 2-4 p.m. for now. Still uses diapers. Hope to potty train soon. Do not want day care. Would prefer in my home only. No cooking or cleaning required. 9-5pm Monday and Tuesday only
