We are seeking an experienced, live-in mature nanny to join our dynamic family in the USA. This is a 4-5-month rotation position (e.g., duration months on/duration months off) for caring for our four children—from newborn to age six—providing nurturing, structured support during on-duty periods. Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience
Montessori-style approach essential: child-led learning, independence-building, sensory activities for infants, and practical life skills for preschoolers.
Valid driver's license, clear background check, and newborn care certification a plus.

Responsibilities:
Infant care

Daily routines: school/pre-school runs, meal prep, homework help, and engaging play-based learning.

Montessori-inspired activities: sensory play for babies, practical life skills, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate group play.

Light household duties related to children.

Flexible for evenings, weekends, and travel support.
