babysitter needed for toddler with special needs and multiples experiences

Hi! I’m looking for a sitter for my 1-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum and needs some extra support. I work evenings/overnights, so he stays with my mom, but she recently hurt her back and needs help with his care. You’ll mostly be assisting her, and she’ll be around for support.
Hours: Usually 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM, sometimes later if needed.
Evening Routine:
• 6:00 PM – Bottle with protein and supplements
• 7:00 PM – Dinner
• 8:00 PM – Bath time
• 9:00 PM – Snack
• 10:30 PM – Bedtime bottle with supplements
Grandma handles much of the routine, but I need someone who can step in, keep him safe, and help make his evenings calm and comfortable.
