Long-Term Nanny Needed — Toddler Experience Required

Looking for a patient, reliable, long-term nanny for our 3-year-old. Must have hands-on toddler experience, including changing pampers, and experience with mild autism/developmental needs.
Duties include school drop-off/pick-up, meals/snacks, getting dressed, play/activities, and maintaining a consistent routine.
Morning: must be at our home by 7:25 AM for breakfast, getting dressed/morning prep & school drop-off. Afternoon: school pick-up around 2:15–2:20 PM until 5:30/6 PM. Some Saturdays.
