Warm family seeking a reliable, nurturing full-time nanny for our 4-year-old and 12-month-old, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM. Need is for July and August while both parents return to work, then shifts in late August/early September to caring for our 1-year-old only once our older child starts Pre-K. We value a caregiver who encourages reading, play, exploration, and natural learning; uses positive reinforcement and calm redirection; communicates clearly; respects household routines; and brings a dependable, respectful presence to our home. Duties include attentive supervision, meals/snacks, naps, age-appropriate activities, diapering, light child-related cleanup, and dependabilty. Experience with infants and toddlers is required. There may be opportunities for weekend / evening / late night work as necessary.
