After-School Nanny — Part-Time/fulltime

Looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible nanny to provide after-school care for my 7-year-old son Monday–Friday during the NYC public school year.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday,
Approximately 177 school days per school year
Responsibilities include:

* Pick up my son from school and safely bring him home
* Supervise and engage with him throughout the afternoon
* Help with homework and school-related activities
* Prepare simple snacks and/or meals
* Encourage reading, drawing, creative activities, and age-appropriate play
* Keep him on his normal after-school routine
* Take him to nearby activities, the park, library, or other approved outings when appropriate
* Make sure he is safe, comfortable, and cared for until I return home
* Help keep his play/homework areas reasonably tidy after activities
* Communicate with me about how his day went, homework, meals, activities, and anything important

Ideal candidate:

* Dependable and punctual
* Patient, kind, and energetic
* Comfortable caring for a school-age child
* Responsible and safety-conscious
* Comfortable helping with homework
* Has good communication skills
* Previous childcare/nanny/babysitting experience preferred
* CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
* Must be comfortable with occasional schedule changes when discussed in advance
