We’re a loving Carmel family seeking a warm, reliable, long-term nanny for our joyful 2-year-old, with another baby on the way. Ideally weekdays 9–5, plus occasional evenings/weekends. Mila loves books, music, dancing, nature and exploring. We value kindness, patience, safety, curiosity & Montessori-inspired learning.

We’re a no/very-little screen & phone-time family. We want someone playful, active, present and loving.
