We are a warm, family-oriented household of three: mom, dad, and our 1-year-old daughter, along with our very friendly golden retriever, Finley. Dad is a pilot with a changing schedule and mom works in pharmaceuticals, so we value reliability and flexibility in childcare. We're looking for a nurturing caregiver for about 25 hours per week; while the days may shift month to month, the weekly hours remain consistent. Ideally, we'd love for our nanny to feel like part of the family and engage our daughter through creative play and reading.
