Full-time Nanny for one energetic toddler

My daughter is 21 months old currently, We are looking for a nanny to look after her from 9:30-3:30PM/4PM from July 8- Aug 2, she goes down for a nap around 3:30-4PM).
The responsibilties include:
Feeding her (milk, breakfast, lunch, milk)
Changing her diaper
Teaching her to read or do some activities
Put her to nap around 3:30
She does give a hard time when we are trying to feed her, we are trying to transition her to eat on her own and we need the person taking care of her also teach her to eat on her own
