Looking for a full-time nanny to take care of 16 month toddler. Ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, creative, and responsible. Our parenting philosophy emphasizes connection, positivity, and fostering tools for healthy regulation of emotions through modeling, often aligning with the Montessori perspective. Child has no known allergies or medical conditions. We have 1 cat. Family strictly against screen time for child. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Role entails toddler's snack and meal preparation, day-time activity planning (play activities, library activities, or community activities), cleaning and organizing childcare areas and items, child's laundry, and maintaining kitchen and food prep area.
