Full-time nanny for 17-month-old boy

Hello, looking for reliable, kind nanny for 17-month-old boy. Baby awake 7AM-7PM & takes one 2-hour nap. Will provide 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 3 paid sick days, & metro card. Near 56 st & 1 ave. Playroom in building.
Prepare simple meals/snacks for baby. Do baby laundry 1x week--laundry in basement. Run dishwasher.
Hours
3 days a week: 7:30am-7:30pm or 8am-8pm (Monday-Friday)
2-3 weeks a month would require 4th day (8am-2pm or 7am-7pm)
Guarantee 150 paid hours per 4 weeks
