Our family in Henrietta (near Dome Arena) is seeking a nurturing and reliable full-time nanny for our two daughters, a precocious 2.5-year-old and a sweet 6-month-old. We are looking for a caring professional to become a cherished part of our children's daily lives, supporting their growth and development in a positive environment.

We value a child-led, gentle approach to parenting, inspired by Montessori principles. We prioritize hands-on activities, creative play, and spending plenty of time outdoors with a limited and strategic use of screen time. We are also a plant-based household and have one very friendly, well behaved dog who will be thrilled to meet you.

Applicants must be non-smokers, up to date on vaccinations (we will reimburse if needed), and be able to provide references. Resumes preferred.

Position comes with guaranteed hours and PTO, $25-30/hr commensurate with experience.
