A family in Slingerlands is seeking a FT Professional Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their two children (a nearly 1-year-old girl and a 4.5-year-old boy). They want someone long-term who can provide loving, attentive care and is CPR and First Aid certified. Pay is $25–$28/hour (flexible for the right candidate) and includes 2 weeks of paid vacation, 2 sick days, and most federal holidays. The nanny must have a reliable vehicle for transporting the children (mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate; car seats provided). During the summer, the nanny will need to travel at least 1x a week to the family’s Lake George home. The current nanny will assist with training to ensure a smooth transition.
