During the weeks the kids are with Mom, the nanny will prep meals and snacks, plan fun and educational activities, and safely transport them to/from activities, appointments, and Dad’s home. The FA side includes managing staff, keeping the home stocked and organized, handling the family calendar, booking trips and itineraries, and packing/unpacking. When with mom alone, they will drive her to doctor’s appointments and activities, and assist with personal duties.

Schedule: Two 43-hour weeks and two 9-hour weeks per month. For the 43-hour weeks: Fridays 5:00 pm–Sundays at noon, including two overnights. During the 9-hour week: Monday–Friday, with varying times based on Mom’s needs.

Hourly rate & annual salary: $25-$30hr/$34k+-$41k+year
Benefits: a monthly healthcare stipend, 3 days of paid sick time, 5 days of PTO, paid major holidays, $150/overnight, a private bedroom & bathroom, OT paid at 1.5, & a family vehicle.
