Babysitter/nanny for one 1.5 yr old toddler

We are a family of 3 (with a 1.5yr daughter) in Cincinnati OH! We love being outdoors, playing, hiking, camping etc.
+ Gentle, patient and good with toddlers, MUST love being with kids
+ Creatively play and engage with toddler (ie not afraid to get messy outside, sing/dance/be silly)
+ Loves nature and being outside. Our daughter likes to be outside and this is really important to us too
+ Positive attitude and happy disposition
+ Neat and organized
+ Being active and loving music is a plus!
Ideally you'll work in our home and the schedule will typically be 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (May have 1 day/week of 7 am-5 pm OR 8 am-6 pm).
