My Wife and I are new to exploring a full or part time Nanny. My wife is expecting our 2nd child in late October and our son turns 5 at the end of June. Both My wife and I work full time jobs, in addition to running a wedding event space. We are exploring alternative leaning options for our son as well - Meaning alternative to traditional elementary school and possibly a "homeschool" or "pod" situation. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience or strong knowledge in this space.

Candidates must have their own car and be comfortable with pets. Not required but preferred Spanish fluency. We do not have a concrete schedule yet but flexibility is ideal.
