We are looking for someone to assist our son, Monday-Friday from 3:30-6:30, starting mid-August (ideally this person is a DODD provider or willing to become one). Our son is a silly, empathetic 10-year old who loves connecting with people, laughing, dancing, and…food. He has limited speech and is not toilet-trained, though he is showing interest. He needs a good deal of encouragement and patience to try new things, which means we are looking for someone who will take the time to really see/understand his strengths and opportunities for growth. As a whole, we are a hardworking, open, and warm family of four with a good sense of humor. We’ve been told we are a pleasure to work with. ?
