COLLABORATIVE NANNY NEEDED FOR DUAL ROLE IN TWO HOMES IN EAST CLEVELAND, OH

- $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
We are seeking one collaborative and flexible nanny to support two households, in Eastlake and Kirtland, in caring for a 4-year-old girl and newborns arriving in March and September.
Children: 4-year-old and two infants (one arriving in March, one in September)
Compensation: up to $35/hr
Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/week. M-F with flexible hours ranging between 8 am and 8 pm +one Saturday of coverage per month.
Benefits: paid sick time, PTO, paid major holidays, a monthly healthcare stipend, an annual professional development stipend, and mileage reimbursement for on-the-job travel.
Start Date: March 2026
