We are a loving family seeking a responsible and experienced nanny to care for our three children. The primary focus of this role will be our 1.5-year-old toddler. The nanny will also provide support for our 9 and 10-year-old daughters, including school and activity pickups and drop-offs. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic individual who can create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our children.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined.

Compensation: $23 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.

Requirements:

Proven experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
CPR and First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare: Provide attentive and engaging care for our 1.5-year-old toddler, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and age-appropriate play.
Transportation: Safely transport our 9 and 10-year-old daughters to and from school, sports practices, and other extracurricular activities.
Light Housekeeping: Tidy common living areas, including the kitchen and children's play areas, and ensure dishes are washed and put away.
Organization: Help maintain an organized and clutter-free environment by tidying up toys, books, and other belongings in common areas.
Meal Prep: Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Homework Help: Offer light assistance and supervision with homework as needed for the older children.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding the children's well-being, schedule, and any relevant needs or concerns.
