Full-time Nanny or In home Daycare for 4-Month Old

My husband and I work from home and have two sweet daughters (4 years and 4 months). Our oldest is in preschool but we are looking for a nanny or small in home daycare for our youngest.
Provide full time care for our four month old five days a week including diaper changes, feeding, and developmental activities.
