My husband and I are busy professionals- Im a resident physician with crazy hours and my husband travels for work regularly. We need care for our 18month old daughter from 4:30am-8:30 a.m. and from 5pm-8 p.m. My daughter will be attending daycare from 8:30am-5 p.m. So the caregiver will need to have a car to drop off and pick up. We also may need some overnight and/or weekend care if Im on call. Our daughter loves to play and read, loves exploring and naming all the animals she sees on walks, loves soccer and is constantly practicing her kicks. Ideally our care provider would also help with meal prep for her, very light cleaning up, laundry, grocery shopping. My hospital hours are 5am-7pm
