flexible on start date. this position would only be 12 - 14 hours a week. i'm a night shift nurse who only works three days a week and would need someone 8a - 200(ish). this is when L goes down for her nap so you could leave after putting her down. my schedule stays pretty consistent as we are able to self schedule so there is some flexibility on days.
week 1 - m, tu
week 2 - th, f
week 3 - m, tu
week 4 - m, tu
week 5 - th, f
week 6 - m, tu.

then it repeats we are hoping for a one year commitment, with a 6 month minimum. there are some weeks that are tu, w, th and that was to accommodate our current nanny. I also pick up a couple of shifts a month but you would have weeks notice as to what those days were.
