Newborn Care Specialist - Salem, OR

A loving family in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced and patient Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support as they welcome their baby on May 20, 2026, with care to begin two days after birth.

Schedule:
24 hours a day for the first 2 days
12 hours a night (7pm-7am), for the next 10 days - for a total of 12 days (May 20th - 31st)
The ideal candidate has a calming presence and deep newborn expertise. Someone who can gently guide and educate on essential aspects of newborn care (feeding, bathing, sleeping, diapering, etc.) and help ensure rest and recovery for parents.
Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu)

Compensation: starting at $40/hr
