2x/week - 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
(typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday)
3x/week - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Family: This sweet family has two young children; a toddler who attends school and an infant who will be the primary focus of care. They are looking for someone flexible with scheduling who can adapt to the needs of their growing family.

They value a caregiver with a genuine interest in child development, ideally with a daycare background, who brings an active and engaging approach to the day - think walks, park outings, and age-appropriate activities. The ideal candidate is structured, communicative, and open to feedback, fostering a collaborative and supportive dynamic within the home.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare (primarily for youngest)
- Drive children (school, activities, appointments)
- Children's laundry
- Child meal prep
- Light housekeeping
- Household Organization

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays
- Monthly Healthcare Stipend

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Clean driving record (family car provided)
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Early Childhood Development - BONUS!
- Comfortable with work from home parents
- Vaccinations Required: MMR, Tdap, Flu
