We are a professional Christian family in Lancaster, PA seeking an experienced, reliable nanny for our toddlers (3 and 1.5). Our home is fun, loving, and structured, and we are intentional about how we raise our children. We set clear expectations and follow through consistently, and we expect respect and good manners. Days are filled with reading, crafts, music, outdoor play, and no screen time. You will work autonomously and help uphold our values: self-directed learning within clear boundaries, respect for focused play, supporting problem-solving, firm but kind routines, and kindness toward others. M–F, 8–4 (40 hrs), paid on the books, with holidays, PTO, and bonus potential!
