About the Family: This close-knit family of five is looking for a nanny who’s patient, laid-back, and ready to jump right into playtime on the floor. They value someone who can connect with their kids at their level; whether that means building a block tower, joining a pretend tea party, or helping redirect an energetic moment with calm guidance.

Their home is filled with creativity, laughter, and lots of activity! The family hopes to find a nanny who feels comfortable becoming part of their rhythm—someone who enjoys a lively, affectionate household and finds joy in growing alongside the children.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Oldest is in school M-F until 3:00pm
- Middle is in school Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Tidy common areas
- Child meals
- Organize/restock child essentials
- Child laundry
- School pick-up

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-28/hr
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (1 employee choice, 1 employer choice)
- Paid sick/personal: 5 PTO
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience with siblings and toddlers
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
