About the Family: This family is new to the area and is seeking a flexible, relatable companion for their 15-year-old daughter from February through early June. They’re hoping to find someone easygoing and in tune with teen culture, someone who “gets” teenage social dynamics and can navigate day-to-day ups and downs with empathy and humor. Their daughter is creative and expressive, with interests including video games, photography, anime drawing, fashion and skincare.

The role also includes light household management, support with routines, and assisting with meal preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Drive to/from school and activities
- Help with homework
- Family laundry
- Meal prep for child
- Grocery shopping + errands
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Potential overnight care
- Potential to travel with family

Compensation:
- Pay: $30/hr (Agency Employed)
- PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hours worked
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays if on working day

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid Certified
