With a large acreage at home, there’s endless room for outdoor adventures and hands-on play.

Their 4-year-old twins have very different personalities and interests, one more active and outdoorsy, the other more focused on puzzles, crafts, and fine-motor play. Their 7-year-old is bright, social, and creative, benefiting from after-school routine and planned activities with time to decompress from her day.

This family values someone who can confidently guide three unique kids, bring thoughtful structure to their rhythms, and keep the home running smoothly with positive, consistent energy.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Drive to and from activities
- Homework help
- Tidy and organize common spaces
- Child laundry
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Various errands
- Prepare and cook dinner (child only OR family)

Compensation:
- Pay: $25/hr-$30/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (1 employer choice, 1 employee choice)
- Paid sick/personal: 3 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays if on a working day

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience with multiples
- Household management experience
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccinations Required: Flu
