About our daughter:
She’s curious, observant, and constantly learning. Once comfortable, she’s smiley, playful, and she loves books, music, being outside, and interactive play. She tends to warm up slowly and does best with patient, talkative caregivers who enjoy engaging with toddlers and can follow her pace. She’s very determined and likes to work through new skills herself, so we value caregivers who can encourage and support her

About our household:
We both work hybrid schedules and are home often. We enjoy being involved and checking in throughout the day, so we’re need someone comfortable with this.
