What You’ll Do:
Provide quality care to children of all ages
Jump into new households with ease
Keep kids safe, engaged, and smiling
Communicate clearly with families and our team
Represent Philadelphia Nanny Network with professionalism and heart

Schedule & Travel:
Typical hours: M–F, 8am–6pm (varies)
Willing to travel up to 75 mins (extra compensation for long commutes!)

What You Get:
$21/hr guaranteed for 7-hour shift availability
$20 bonus for every completed shift

What You Need:
1+ year of proven childcare experience with strong references
Minimum 1 full weekday available
Flexibility for on-call work (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get it)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Calm, creative, and quick on your feet
