Hi! We are a family of four looking for a nanny for our two girls ages 3.5 and almost 5. We have had a wonderful nanny for the past two years, but she is moving to her new career. We value someone who will play and be interactive with our kids, enjoy going outside with them, and will limit screen time. Our youngest had some mild developmental delays and is still working on potty training, so kindness and patience is also very important to us as well. We do have two dogs and a hairless cat, who are all very friendly. Very light picking up around the house and light laundry would be super helpful.
