Last-Minute Childcare Needed Tomorrow + Regular Weekend Position – Ladson

Looking for a dependable caregiver for my 18-month-old twins in my home. I unexpectedly need childcare tomorrow (Saturday) due to a last-minute change. This can be a one-time job or potentially lead to a regular weekend position for the right person.
I work in the Emergency Department (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). For ongoing weekend care, the schedule is:
• Friday: 6:15 AM–8:00 PM at the latest
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM–8:00 PM at the latest
Duties include keeping the twins safe, feeding, diaper changes, and playtime. Looking for someone patient, interactive, and comfortable with 2 toddlers. Must be non-smoker, CPR certified, and comfortable with visible cameras in the home for safety and security.
