Experienced, engaging, long term nanny for 3 in Burns TN

- $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Our amazing nanny is moving out of state, so our family in Burns is looking for a nanny. We have a 5 & 2yo, and expecting our 3rd in Aug. Baby care would begin after mat leave.
Quality of care matters most. We're screen free, looking for someone who truly enjoys engaging with kids (not just supervising). I wfh, but during work hours the nanny is fully in charge.
Duties: childcare, snack/lunch prep, tidying play areas, kids laundry/dishes, occasional pickup/drop off using our car. Must be ok around pets.
Guaranteed 40 hrs/wk, pay DOE and level of engagement and quality of care, W2 with a contract. We are seeking someone dependable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about caregiving.
