Seeking a full-time nanny starting June 1 for a blended family. Care includes a toddler and homeschooled 12-year-old across two homes (15 min apart). Must be comfortable driving (mileage reimbursed). Thursdays would preferably include a split shift but not required. Looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident managing routines independently. Must be LGBTQ+ affirming and experienced with neurodivergent children. Warm, patient, and organized caregivers will thrive. We value strong communication, flexibility, and consistency. Role includes light child-related tidying and simple meal/snack prep. Long-term fit highly preferred. $22–26/hr + PTO. W-2 pay. Guaranteed hours.
