Seeking a kind, engaging, and thoughtful caregiver for our 4-year-old in Mt Juliet(near old hickory). She’s on the autism spectrum and working with a speech therapist; we’d love someone open to learning how to support her unique communication style. We’re also looking for help around the house (laundry, dishes, general tidying). Ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with children and wants to be part of a loving, collaborative home. Must have transportation and be comfortable with pets. $15–21/hr DOE
