A fun, fast-paced Austin family seeks a full-time Nanny/Household Manager for three energetic boys (ages 3, 6, 8). Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. or 12–8 p.m. (summer: 8:30–5). Duties: school pickups, activity transport, tidying, laundry, errands, groceries, vendor management, meal prep, and calendar upkeep. Must be warm, organized, proactive, and travel-ready (domestic/international). Requirements: 5+ years paid childcare or logistics-based experience, valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable vehicle, passport (or willing to get one), age 21+, excellent references, and background check. 12-month contract. $28–$32/hr + benefits and stipends.
