We're looking for a regular nanny starting this Fall on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from roughly 9-5 p.m. for our 1. 5-year-old daughter. She will be in school on Tuesday / Thursday and in Mom's care. Our ideal nanny is proactive, engaging, and will love to take her to Spanish music class, dance class, the park, story times, etc. During her daily nap, we'd love a nanny who can take care of some light housework. Although my husband works from home, he travels often for work, and I work part-time in and out of home. It's important to us that our nanny have a sense of autonomy while maintaining some structure of the day and helps to socialize our daughter.
