We have a young toddler (1y8m) and expecting our second baby in late November.
We seek a nanny who can help while mom is at home, mostly with the toddler. We want to start building the relationship between the nanny and the toddler soon, before the 2nd baby arrives.
Schedule is flexible, we're thinking 3-6 hours per day most day weeks starting from November, and a little less before that.
We also have a small-medium friendly dog.
