We are looking for a nanny to support our family in a mother’s helper role during weekday afternoons (3 to 8 pm) and weekend mornings (7 to 10 am). I will always be present but focused on other tasks in the home. You’ll arrive at 3 pm and care for our infant, including feeding, diapering, and putting him down for a nap. Once he’s settled, you’ll prepare healthy snacks and cut fruit for after dinner. When I’m home, you’ll help with either the baby or the older kids as needed. After dinner, you’ll engage the children with planned activities so I can pump. I handle bathing and bedtime. On weekends, you’ll prepare breakfast, engage the kids, and help start the morning calmly until I take over.
