We have hosted Nannies multiple times and really enjoy it! Possibly would have one more 18 month old or 3 year old depending on nanny and price. The two 3 year old boys would be coming from a Montessori school, so experience with this or some independent, structured play would be great. They love playing outside, playing in our playroom, reading, and playing in the splash pad. This would likely be March - July with potential to extend at another home!
