Austin, TX 78734 | 1 infant (3-month-old girl)
Pay: $30/hr, $45/hr overtime, ~$180K+ annual + bonus, PTO, benefits, travel covered
Schedule: 2 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rota, 24/7 coverage during ON weeks, long-term role
Travel: Domestic & international travel (NY, Europe), flexibility required
Duties: Infant care including feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, early learning, milestone tracking, safety, emotional comfort, and parent communication
Requirements: Fluent English, infant/early childhood experience, teaching background preferred, flexible, discreet, reliable, US passport or Green Card holder
