Seeking Long-Term Nanny (Weekdays):
We are a warm, professional, and joyful family in Cedar Park, TX seeking a reliable, patient, and proactive nanny for our 5-year-old son.

He is bright, curious, very active, and high-functioning autistic. He thrives with calm, structured care, clear communication, and positive reinforcement. He especially enjoys math, art, and hands-on, engaging activities, and does best with a caregiver who brings a steady, upbeat, and supportive presence.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM (approximately 32.5 hours/week), with potential for additional hours over time.

Responsibilities include:
• School pickup and managing afternoon/evening routines
• Supporting emotional regulation with patience and positivity
• Engaging in active, structured play and learning activities
• Preparing meals/snacks for a selective eater
• Light household support related to the child (tidying play areas, dishes, laundry, organizing)
• Helping keep the home running smoothly and making daily life easier for the family (resetting spaces, prepping for the next day, general household support as time allows)

We are looking for someone dependable, communicative, energetic, and genuinely joyful—someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys creating a calm, organized, and happy home environment. Interest in a long-term role is important, and experience with autism, ABA, or an RBT background is a strong plus.
